Are you a WEAC or StudentWEA member? Are you a member of AWSA, WASDA, WASBO, etc? Select the appropriate affliation, or select that you are not affiliated with any of these organizations.

Select your PI34 Licensure Category
This information will be used on both the goal approval and PDP verification forms. If you are a staff member at an Institution of Higher Education who will be using the QEI with pre-service educators, please select Teacher.
